You must read this and agree before you can create an account or upload anything!  Federal law and our own good sense and taste require us to tell you this and enforce it!  We take your privacy very seriously and will not tolerate anyone who does not!

This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you, the member and Creativefilth.com. Please read the Agreement carefully. By using Creativefilth.com, you become a member of the Service (a "Member"), and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the "Terms") for as long as you continue to be a Member. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, PLEASE ask for your account to be removed from this system. THE TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY The Creativefilth.com AT ANY TIME, EFFECTIVE UPON POSTING THEM HERE. Creativefilth.com is a private community portal for consenting adults to display and share normal and erotic photos, videos, writings and information.  To protect everyone privacy and to prevent the use of our site as a “spam vehicle we have very stringent rules of it’s use.

1. MINORS MAY NOT BECOME MEMBERS Of CREATIVEFILTH.COM. To join Creativefilth.com or to upload anything you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and submit proof upon request.
   
2. The pictures and videos you submit must be yours, meaning that you own them and they are not owned or copyrighted my some one else, downloaded from someones web site or scanned in from some copyrighted publication. Additionally, you must have permission from anyone who is in the pictures or videos with you to use or post. The full liability and full legal responsibility associated with improper posting of any material submitted to Creativefilth.com lies fully with you, the contributor!!
   
3. We will not accept any images, videos or any other material, which shows persons under 18 years of age. Any such post will be immediately removed and your account will be removed without notice to you. In the event that you are a paying member no refund will be offered.
   
4. Any images that feature explicit sex require that you have on record and available for inspection the legal name and date of birth of each participant, and a legal identification card with a recognizable picture. If you do not have these records for the explicit pictures/video you want to submit, you will violate federal US law. A legal identification card includes a copy of a driver license or passport.  These files must be kept for 10 years. Additionally the law of your country of residence might require further proof of age and/or consent. It is your responsibility to make sure that you do not violate the laws of your country of residence/citizenship.
   
5. You cannot submit illegal content. Unfortuately, there are laws prohibiting certain types of images. This includes, but is not limited to: minors, rape, fisting and bestiality and might vary based upon the location of the contributor.
   
6. You MAY NOT use creativefilth.com to link to commercial web sites without premission from the editoral staff.  This means any site with paid memberships or selling a product.  This includes sites offering adult dating, adult porn, or anything non-adult that requires people pay for access, images or products. This includes all for pay web sites that have a free introductory period or a free trial. You MAY link to your own private non-commerical site or your blog as long as it does not require people to pay you money.
   
7. You MAY NOT use creativefilth.com to spam other members by sending out unsolicited emails, chain letters or junk emails. Additionally, you may not use Creativefilth.com to harrass, threaten or voliate the privacy of other members.
   
8. You will not post on the Creativefilth.com or transmit to other creativefilth.com members or employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive,  offensive, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). Additionally you many not use the photos or information posted on Creativefilth.com to threaten, harass or violate another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy on other sites or outside of this web site.
   
9. Unfortunately, legal or not, we cannot accept or allow you to publish any material that is too bizarre, obscene, is illegal or might be considered illegal. This includes, but not limited too, animal sex, rape, etc. Creativefilth.com and its editors have the right to reject, remove or disqualify your posts and contribution without any further explanation.
   
10. It is illegal to solicit sex for money or offer money for sex. It will not be tolerated on this web site. If it is found that you are doing this on Creativefilth.com your account will be removed without notice to you. In the event that you are a paying member no refund will be offered.
    
11. Due to security and housekeeping concerns, multiple user accounts and profiles are prohibited.
     

Any person that violates these rules will have their account deleted and their  membership fee forfeited.  No exceptions!

Creativefilth does not sell or otherwise allow the use of it’s member list to anyone!!!. We will occasional send you updates and information about new features.  If you would prefer not to receive any mail from us either, check the box on the sign up form or in your profile site perferences to opt-out of all correspondence.
